关于我:Pete was born and raised in Summerside PEI and now resides in the beautiful downtown Charlottetown Prince Edward Island. Prior to real estate, Pete managed several large commercial properties for a local post-secondary education group. While doing so he managed to upgrade his education in many different fields related to the real estate industry. With an impressive background spanning over 25+ years in the commercial real estate, property management and property maintenance industry, Pete has established himself as a respected and accomplished entrepreneur on PEI. His recent achievement of selling what many consider to be the largest property management company on Prince Edward Island. Pete also holds a real estate brokerage certification and shows testament to his business accomplishments and expertise in the field. As a multifaceted professional with a lifelong passion for real estate, Pete is now setting his sights on a new chapter in his career. Driven by his love of commercial real estate along with his ambition and a desire to leverage his extensive experience, he's embarking on the world of commercial real estate sales and real estate investing, aiming to make a significant impact across Prince Edward Island. When Pete is not focused on real estate, you can find him spending time with his amazing wife and two children. Another passion of Pete's is performing music across Prince Edward Island.
