关于我: James Marjerrison is a dedicated real estate agent based in Prince Edward Island. Originally from Ottawa, he made the move to this beautiful island in 2014 and has since become deeply rooted in the local real estate community. With a strong technical background, James offers a unique skill set that blends traditional real estate expertise with a modern approach. His proficiency in social media and web-based tools sets him apart in the world of real estate, allowing him to effectively market and sell properties for his clients. He takes great pleasure in working with both buyers and sellers, but his passion truly lies in the multi-residential space, where he also has personal experience as a real estate investor. With several rental units of his own, he understands the unique needs and challenges of property investors and provides valuable insights to guide them through the process. While he primarily serves the vibrant communities of Charlottetown, Cornwall, and Stratford, James is more than willing to extend his services across the entire island. In addition to his real estate career, James is honored to serve as the President of the PEI Real Estate Association, working to uphold industry standards and promote professionalism among members. Giving back to the community is important to him, and he proudly volunteers at the Miltonvale Community Hall, where he also serves as the Chair of the Hall Committee. Outside of work, he often can be found pursuing his love for renovation projects, transforming spaces, and adding value to properties. His personal life revolves around the peaceful surroundings of Springvale, where he lives spending time outdoors with his beautiful partner, Martine, and his loyal shepherd mix dog, Sunny.
